About Wellbeing Compass

A human guide for the first step.

Wellbeing Compass was created to make psychological ideas easier to understand, without making people feel like a diagnosis.

The person behind the compass

A qualified CBT therapist

A little more about me

Psychology should feel understandable and collaborative.

I am a young, fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapist. I created Wellbeing Compass as a place where people can learn about therapy at their own pace, before deciding what kind of support might be right for them.

My approach is curious, respectful and practical. You are the expert in your own life; my role is to offer a safe structure for understanding patterns, building skills and exploring change.

Clear explanations without unnecessary jargon

Respect for every person's context and pace

A commitment to evidence-informed practice

A platform that will grow carefully.

Wellbeing Compass begins with CBT education. Over time, it will expand to include more therapy approaches, useful resources and, when ready, a way to explore talking-therapy services.

Wellbeing Compass

A calm, inclusive guide to understanding therapy and psychological support.
